Insul-8’s Safe- Lec 2® series is the new standard in the overhead crane, monorail, and material handling electrification industry.

This is a power interrupting section with a standard phase cover (orange). This section has a current rating of 100 Amps. Each section is 14’ - 9” (4.5m) long and is installed in place of one length of conductor bar.

Power interrupting sections allow for a safe zone between the systems adjacent powered zones. These sections are to be used in clean, dry, indoor environments.

*Note: In order to ensure the ground is not disconnect, it is recommended these sections are not mounted in ground conductors.
